RULES FOR THE PURCHASE AND USE OF THE MEGA GIFT CARD:

1. The MEGA Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the "Card") is available at the PLC MEGA Information Centre.

2. The Card can be used in all shops, restaurants, service or entertainment places in MEGA where MasterCard bank cards can be used. There are a few exceptions: Itella - parcel terminal / Itella - parcel terminal / Laikrodžių taisykla / LP EXPRESS - self-service terminal / Medicinos bankas / Mon Ami / Old Town Barbers / OMNIVA - self-service terminal / Royal Smoke / Senukų key production / Skonis ir kvapas. Tobacco / Venipak - self-service terminal / Vynoteka.

3. The denominations of the card can be chosen from €20 to €250, increasing in increments of €5 (e.g. €100.......235; €240; €245; and €250).

4. Cards can be paid for in cash or by bank card (except American Express, UnionPay and JCB).

5. No more than 1 Card may be purchased at one time for a total amount not exceeding €250.

6. No VAT invoice is issued for the purchase of a Card.

7. The Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry of the Card's validity period, the Card shall become invalid and the funds on the Card shall be debited and non-refundable in any case.

8. The Card operates on the principle of a bank card. The Card is paid for by swiping it in a bank card reader.

9. The Card shall not be returned or exchanged for cash. The balance on the card is not refundable to your credit card or any other type of bank card.

10. The card cannot be reloaded. It is a one-off card.

11. You cannot combine multiple Card balances into one Card.

12. Lost or stolen Cards will not be reimbursed. Please refer to the detailed terms and conditions below for how to deal with a lost Card.

13. The Card cannot be used to pay for tobacco and alcohol products, gambling services or new purchases of the Card.

14. If the value of the goods purchased with the Card is higher than the Card's cash balance, the shortfall can be made up by cash, credit or debit card, if the shop provides such facilities.

15. You can check your Card cash balance at: by scanning the QR code on the back of the card, on www.mega.lt ir PLC MEGA Information Centre.
